Refund policy
At Ra > Lighting, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy carefully. All returns are subject to our approval and must comply with the guidelines below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
- Products must be in resalable condition, free from any signs of use, damage, or alteration.
- Custom orders, special orders, or clearance items are non-returnable unless defective (refer to our Warranty Information for defect claims).
- Refunds will not be issued for fixtures that have been improperly installed, including but not limited to connections to incorrect voltage, incompatible dimmers, or any misuse that causes damage.
- Contact our customer support team at sales@ra-lighting.com to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All returns must be pre-authorized; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Provide your original order number or purchase order (PO) number, model number, and return quantity, along with a detailed reason for the return and supporting evidence (e.g., photos or a short video).
- If approved, we will issue an RGA number and provide a Return Goods Authorization document via email.
- Include the RGA document inside the package with the returned items. Packages without this document will not be processed.
- Ship the items back to 2652 E. 45th St, Vernon, CA 90058 within 30 days of receiving the RGA number.
- The cost of shipping the fixtures back to us is at your (the sender's) expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance.
- Fixtures must be properly packaged with adequate padding and protection to prevent damage during transit.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will not be issued for fixtures that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging or mishandling by shipping carriers.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process your refund within 10 business days if all conditions are met.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Exclusions
This return policy does not apply to:
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or negligence.
- Items returned without a valid RGA number or document.
- Damaged shipments resulting from inadequate packaging or carrier handling.
- Any incidental costs, such as installation or removal fees.
